Committee Recommendation: THAT the Reciprocal Agreement between The Corporation of the City of Stratford, YMCA of Three Community Services Committee Minutes 3 March 25, 2024 Rivers (Midwestern Ontario), Avon Maitland District School Board and The Huron-Perth Catholic District School Board for the sharing of facility usage be renewed for a further two years, for 2024 and 2025; AND THAT the Mayor and Clerk, or their respective delegates, be authorized to sign the agreement on behalf of the municipal corporation. A member commented that the agreement is a big win for the City and for all residents and thanked Director Tim Wolfe for their work on this matter. The Chair called the question on the motion.
