THAT Item C.3.13 - Public Announcement and Sound System be removed from the 2025 Facilities - Recreation Capital Budget. Members held a discussion regarding the motion to remove Item C.3.13 from the 2025 Budget as follows: the public health and safety of facility attendees being a priority; and there being a need for the announcement system to address the safety concerns especially due to the seniors who currently use the facility. The Chair called the question on the motion.
