Committee Recommendation: THAT the Mayor and Clerk, or their respective delegates, be authorized to execute a purchase of service agreement with Shelterlink Youth Services for the delivery of emergency shelter programming for youth in the service area; AND THAT the Mayor and Clerk, or their respective delegates, be authorized to execute a purchase of service agreement with Shelterlink Youth Services for the delivery of after-hours telephone support. The Director of Social Services provided an overview of the report and the services to be provided. The Chair called the question on the motion.
