Committee Recommendation: THAT the 2022 Treasurer’s Statement for City of Stratford Development Charges Reserve Funds be received for information; AND THAT the 2022 Treasurer’s Statement for City of Stratford Parkland Dedication Reserve Fund be received for information. Committee Discussion: It was noted that the Parks and Recreation Development Charge reserve fund is quite robust. It was questioned whether there is a plan for how those funds will be spent. The Director of Corporate Services stated the Development Charges study identifies how the funds can be used and what projects can be funded.
