Committee Recommendation: THAT a pilot study for Area Speed Limit Signage be implemented in the area bounded by Huron Street to the south, Mornington Street to the east, O'Loane Avenue to the west, and the McCarthy Street to the north; AND THAT Council direct staff to bring a subsequent report back to Council with the appropriate recommended Traffic and Parking By-Law amendments to reduce the speed limit in the pilot program area to 40km/h.
